Sundance Water Supply

TRS was contracted by the Cherokee Metropolitan District to assist with route selection, public outreach, and property acquisition for the 12 mile water supply pipeline through Northern El Paso County. On behalf of the District, TRS secured options for easements along varying Project segments, allowing the District to follow a path of least resistance with cooperative property owners and existing road rights of way. TRS also negotiated the purchase of a 2 million gallon storage tank facility.
