TRS was selected by Kiewit Infrastructure to assist in the procurement of right of way, permanent easements and temporary construction easements along the 10.5 mile I-225 Light Rail Corridor in Aurora Colorado.

Duties include developing right of way delivery schedule with construction, managing the property valuation efforts including appraisals, negotiating with the affected property owners, and offering relocation advisory assistance to 49 residential tenants, 10 businesses, and 272 mini-storage units.
